Outdoors, Freedom to work as my ch as you want, ability to work around and with new and used vehicles, ever changing scenery. Outgoing company that is very enthusiastic about their services and their reps that work for them.

Cons

Commission based pay. No PTO. Not a con specifically, just be prepared to hustle for your pay.

We agree that CarData is the perfect place for hard workers! Thank you for taking the time to leave us the positive feedback. We do understand not having a specific PTO program can be tough but so far we have found dealing with each team member on an individual basis has worked out best. As we continue to grow that may change and we are always looking for better ways to support every team member. Dealers can be "mean" in certain situations as the atmosphere in a dealership is high pressure and sometimes management can take out those frustrations on whomever is in front of them at that moment. We try our best to train our team members to deal with those situations in a fashion that is conducive to everyone.
