Our pay scales are typically based on performance and we allow each team member to earn more as they perform and meet KPi's. Pay is good, hours are flexible, your treated no different from the higher up’s, you become more like a big family. and it’s great cardio lol

Cons

Haven’t really found any Cons, I’m just waiting for the Company to continue to expand beyond just car photography.

Pros

- VERY independent workday - Extremely supportive management - Pay is commission, but there is almost always more work available - You get to check out the latest offerings in the auto industry - What you put in is what you get back. Not for the lazy or slow paced

Cons

- Florida weather (rain and shine) can ruin a work day - Workload is ENTIRELY dependent on the dealership you are servicing. If they dont have cars that are clean/ready for photos, or are a slow paced dealership, you dont have work. - Occasionally, management at dealerships will place blame on you for lack of photos online when their cars are over stuffed into tiny offsite lots still covered in their shipping materials.
