Pros

The Tampa team is grea. The pay is decent, it's commission based so you're in charge of your own pay. If you work hard and are willing to learn, there are opportunities to move up. They reimburse your gas. They also have decent work-life balance. If you're into photography, it's also great to learn to pose and stage Cars.

Cons

The Florida heat is very intense, and some day you have very long hours. Some dealerships have low inventory, so you won't have as much work to do.

This job is awesome! It grants you a lot of freedom working commission, you basically determine each day what you want to make based on how many cars you get done

Cons

That being said, when dealerships enter slow seasons it can slow down your pay. But you are reimbursed gas so you never make *nothing*
