Everyone at this company is so helpful and reliable. This is the only company that has seen my efforts and thanked me for it, and honestly makes me feel valued. Everyone that I’ve met are nice and seem happy at what they do. The pay is great and how it’s structured keeps you motivated! Its never boring or dull and there’s always something to do to keep you busy! Theres also an amazing sense of trust you receive from management. You get perks like gas reimbursement too!

Cons

Absolutely zero cons! I know everything in this world has its flaws, but none that I see here

You're appreciated for the work you do, opportunities for bonuses and extra commission, good work-life balance, great team, and management is very supportive and easy to get along with.

Cons

Working outdoors during Michigan winters can be frustrating, but it's not a deal breaker.

This company has been the best company to ever work for in my opinion. They are so thorough with training, everyone goes through in field training and in addition also virtual training (all paid.) All of management is great, they all extend a helpful hand no matter the situation. Management is the type to answer no matter what day or time it is. They have a wonderful system that is easy to learn, and you can make very good money with this job. I would recommend friends, family, or anyone for that matter to work with this company!
