Pros

Really get to help people that other dealerships won't. Carhop hires really good people, have a large network of people to help develop new hires and emphasis on getting better everyday.

Cons

Job isn't for everybody. Interesting clientele.

Cons

I don't view this as a con personally but Carhop is not a fit for those who are unable to multi task in my opinion.
