Pros

CarHop is a nice income for motivated employees. The hours are not horrible.

Cons

Their product is horrible. They do not clean their cars, or really make sure they are mechanically sound. They close down lots and leave employees without income and they do not care about their customers just about the bottom line. They have alot of processes in place that are well thought out and fabulous, but they need a better product.

Have to be tested monthly on 10 page script and pass 90% in order to have to recieve bonus and your job is in jeopardy if you dont pass. What a joke.
