I love working for carhop because they are so encouraging, and supportive to a person new in their position. So far everybody has been more than welcoming and friendly. The best thing I think is even when you make a mistake it is turned into a teachable moment and never used to berate or condescend to you. They treat every employee regardless of rank in the same manner. It is amazing!!!!

Cons

The only con for me is the commute, but the job makes the gas money worth it.

Challenging and fun! Recognizes performance, the harder you work the more fulfilling the job is. You really provide a valuable service for people who need a second chance. If you are motivated to succeed and care about people you will excel here.

Cons

It is sales so it's not for everyone. Don't come into this job expecting the moon if you aren't prepared to put in the work. The hours can be long and days often extend past closing time. So if you aren't ready to work early evenings and Saturdays then consider other options.
