Team training, Income, Easy job, Benefits, 401k with match, helping people... I could go on for days just come check out how Carhop can help better your life.

Cons

Strict script scoring, late night deals being closed so tough to keep a schedule of extra curricular activity outside of work, some minor work that could help a customer or make a car better is sometimes overlooked.
