      Pros

      Decent pay and if youre lucky, you could be working with awesome people. If not, you're screwed.

      Cons

      Working with people that are on the end of the rope. Rude customers, that will cuss you out just because they weren't approved for a vehicle. Long hours. Make 100 calls everyday

      Pros

      It is a job. Health benefits are decent.

      Cons

      It is a job that barely pays the bills. The past year they let some people go, which doubled the amount of work for employee's still working. No raises, EVER. Doesn't matter how hard you work, or how many years of experience you have. If you are over your 40 hours, even by a minute, you get discussed to about how no overtime is allowed. Barely make minimum wage for a job that requires a lot of problem solving. Also, seems like a lot of unethical practices take place. Vacation time is accrued, and it seems like you never get any. Think it is like 2 hours every 80 hours worked.

      Pros

      Nice working hours. You can make really decent money every month. But not for a few months. Pay for your sales license.

      Cons

      Management needs some help (more training). Very hostile environment. You're the only sales person, it can get really hectic, and the customers didn't like how understaffed it was even though that's how it's supposed to be.
