Good benefits but poor working conditions and management

Wide range of benefits and employee resources as a company.

Cons

Often times employees worked in terrible conditions. HVAC system always in need of repair and employees were often sick from the high temperatures in Florida. Management seemed green and immature while the employees were left to deal with conflict on their own. Turnover was rampant.

Horrible management. The company has stretched itself too thin & decided to take it out on its employees by setting unreasonable production goals & setting up roadblocks to intentionally exclude certain employees from any type of advancement.
