Challenging data science problems and a chance to work with very smart and engaged colleagues. Collaborative and team-focused to the extreme. People go well out of their way to help each other. There is a high priority on work life balance, and most days are low stress. Managers, including the senior leaders are personable and interested in the employees as people first. I have grown a lot professionally in this role, and the company's appetite for data science is expanding which provides new opportunities.
