Growth opportunities are amazing. Exceptional management training program. Diverse and thoughtful company that makes me feel welcome to be here. Focused on people and nothing like other big box retailers. You do not need to love cars to work here! Company keeps growing but we don't lose sight of our core values.

Cons

Over the last year, CarMax has shared more political views as a company than ever before. I appreciated a time when work and politics was more separate but I do believe there is a lot of pressure out there that companies should take stances on political situations so I understand the why.
