Pros

Benefits package is solid, great diversity, training is top notch and getting even better. Commitment to development.

Cons

Very little to consider a con. Not always easy to grow from within, appearance to hire from the outside than promote.

Pros

Good atmosphere - Meh salary and pay - Fun job Good reputation - No Hassle for the employee

Cons

Unprofessional colleagues - 4 out of 19 SC in my store literally came from Walmart. Didn't like splitting deals and pretty chitty people in general. Unprofessional management - "Management" is obsessed about KMXU and CRR and you will lose pay over this crap. You also won't get paid for it. CarMax Culture - This crap was what made me quit. CarMax culture is what the management keeps repeating ( they like buzzwords) but it literally means nothing. CarMax culture is not lying and being nice. Well guess what? Everyone has "CarMax Culture" if they are somebody. Seriously.
