Pros

Great work environment. Really like the approach that CarMax takes. Employees are encouraged to provide feedback into the company. Really like that the employee can focus on the customer instead of just making another sale.

Cons

Communication gap between sales and service.

Losing track of company mission

Pros

Co-workers are great and many opportunities in the company to participate in team activities.

Cons

A lot of work for a flat rate commission, much confusion and lack of communication between departments, much downtime in my location, decreasing vehicle quality, and lack of presence from senior management.
