Pros

Fun work environment, good friendly people

Cons

Recent changes severely hurt sales consultants commissions. The company has all internet and phone leads go through their “CEC” Customer Experience Center. Now sales consultants in the store will only make half of the commissions unless the customer visits the store before calling or going online. This makes it so the sales consultants have to work twice as hard to make the same commissions that they once were making.

Pros

Great training. Mostly good people. Decent benefits.

Cons

Pay. Exponentially expanding duties with no extra compensation. More work, less pay. No work/life balance...opening, mid shift, closing nights, weekends, holidays, etc. Poor store management that is more interested in their own ambitions than actually leading the team and making the difficult working experience more enjoyable. Management integrity and style leave much to be desired. Now with the CEO change the company does NOT care about the associate any longer, just ways to cut costs and to make the shareholders more money.
