No wonder most employees of Carparts.com stayed in the company for more than a decade. After working in the company for 6 months, I finally understood why. The company takes care of their employees from hiring to training up until their endorsement to production. The greatest strength of the company lies in how they had manage to find the perfect balance of business and people management. They walk the talk when they said the company is a huge family.

Cons

I would say that in the past 6 months, I had not seen any flaws. I know that no company is perfect but so far, all is well.

Excellent place to be with. People from higher management has tremendous people skills. They always put their employees above anything else. They have ears for their employees. They always sure that everyone is well taken cared off. Huge benefits are all up for grabs. From HMO to Performance incentives. What else can an employee ask for?
