- Manageable workload - Competitive salary - True work-life balance - Skilled supervisors who encourage and facilitate employee growth - Very nice office - Responsive and helpful HR - Friendly workmates and higher-ups - Fun and socially-relevant seasonal activities

Cons

- Sudden and unexpected changes in management have occurred during my time here - The company required a debatably unnecessary shift in schedule from Mon-Fri to Tues-Sat a few months in - Leaves are not accumulated during the six months before regularization

Pros

Great work environment. The people are friendly and easy to get along with. Work-life balance is also good.

Cons

Commuting to and from the office is very tiring, and there's no salary increase upon regularization.
