Great access to the management team, great growth prospects, tons of learning. New CEO and CFO have turned this company around from a $1 stock to $16. Very happy with the direction of the company. Half day Fridays implemented because of COVID does give a little bit of work life balance.

Cons

Company has a strong ownership culture and "work smarter AND harder" mentality. Not for slackers.

Thoughtful co-workers. Flexible managers. Many tools, software, and resources to execute the job at hand. The environment is what you make it by clearly communicating. While working in a digital environment comes with it's own pros and cons, working at this company I feel we are excelling with transparency and open communication as our policy.

Cons

We work at a very fast pace and are operating as a start up in order to pave the new path for the future of CarParts.com. Change inherently comes with unpleasant discoveries but being a part of the evolution makes it worth it. For myself personally I find enjoyment in this environment but it can be daunting.
