      Awesome compensation & benefits, flexible work arrangements, and a culture that stresses the importance of the well-being and growth of employees. It's also nice to know that you're working with highly creative and passionate people who are the best at what they do.

      Pros

      people first company, puts employees welfare first which is very evident when the pandemic hit. Company's always making sure that employees are not only well equipped to handle the task on hand but also add value thru online learning/training.

      Cons

      Some tech related software runs a little wonky at times.

      Pros

      Carparts.com is a fast growing ecommerce company improving the way car owners shop for the parts they need. The onboarding process was a great experience from the HR team, Operations to training on all of the different programs required to do the job. The Merchandising team is like one big family and the entire leadership team is very approachable and open all ideas and suggestions.

      Cons

      The company is growing so the environment is very fast paced and the learning curve is extremely steep, but with the provided training they offer, assistance from all the different teams and a "don't quit" attitude, it's a recipe for success.
