Amazing company to make your own income, work at your own pace, nobody babysitting you. Unlimited Overtime. Great commission structure

Cons

Occasionally required to work OT during peak moments. Benefits kinda expensive, but great coverage

Good benefits, and ability to make 6 figures The food court and gym are very nice.

Cons

Basically pressured/forced to work overtime from management. Make them hang up on you only mentality. Disconnecting a call if the customer won't themselves will literally lead to eventual termination. Forced to work at office where competition allows full work from home. 1st year at Carshield I cleared 160k. Last year was 92k with how high the bonus requirements got.
