Great company, great coworkers. Great pay and we get to help people

They have a new sales manager and he has really brought down moral. They are constantly changing and " over correcting " the process and it doesn't need to be.

* I was offered a Solid Salary, which is why I took the job to begin with.

Cons

* The office itself was in disrepair. Recent hail damage meant frequently leaking roofs and sudden awful smells. * Business would make nonsensical, even contradictory requests. Strict adherence to, or deviation from those requests were both seen as unacceptable. *Management encourages devs to report those who underperform, so office culture was basically non existent.
