There is a family environment at car Carshield with a upbeat and lively environment. The management here are hands on and helpful with making sure the employees have the tools and knowledge to be successful. Salary and commission pay I am very satisfied with. Provides a flexible schedule along with good benefits. The company also does a lot for employees to show appreciation for the hard work.

Cons

I don't have any negatives or cons to the company. There can always be improvements but why sweat the small stuff.

Best Company I have worked for, amazing bonuses. First month in sales I made enough to overspend for the New Years time and even assisting concerts and events without touching other accounts. Good competition and always have to be better than the new person to you. You actually get paid for how hard you work! Managers work with you to make you better and will work if you listen.

Cons

Stressful and long phone calls. Need more energy drink options in the vending machines.
