Great Pay. The managers and staff are amazing. Everyone is here to work for each other. the pay is phenomenal if you apply yourself.

Cons

There are not any real downsides to working here. There is a lot of competition. Its a .battle everyday. if you can overcome that you will succeed.

Friendly coworkers and management, great scheduling. Benefits, overtime, and a great bonus structure. Plus the satisfaction of helping people in need.

Cons

Its a job where you get out what you put in, so if you come into work and you're not "feeling it," you're likely not to enjoy the results of your work.

The pros of the position are as follows... the sky is the limit. you can earn what you are willing to put into it. The pay is awesome and the environment is equally as awesome. The company goes above and beyond to care of their employees with tokens of there appreciation. Trips out of state, dinners, sporting events, concerts and much more. These are just a few of the pros.

Cons

the only con for me is not being able to log in from home and save gas driving into the office.
