-Pay is great -The office is a fun place to be, very laid back environment -In office cafeteria -Office has workout gym and plenty of activities to take your mind off stuff during a busy workday -Plenty of activities to take place in outside of work also, team activities, golf tournament, holiday parties, ect.

-long hours is all, if you want a big check, you got to put in the hours
