Pros
You truly get out what you put in. The more time you dedicate to the job, the more earning potential you will have. Everyone here works together to achieve successful results. I've developed lifelong friendships in my time here.
Cons
The only "negative" could be the amount of time that is required IF you want to make "top rep $$$." If you're looking for a simple 9-5 job, this probably isn't for you. But...if you are willing to look past that and focus on the positives of that same aspect, then I would say there are no negatives at all.
