fellow employees are all fun and easy to get along with. With effort comes great pay. Management works with you to help you succeed. Many of company outing and events. Best job I ever had!

Cons

With the company constantly growing I sometimes have to park in the back of the parking lot. Not a big deal though.

Change is the most constant thing...change is not necessarily a bad thing until the same rules don't apply to everyone. Management does not do what they say they will do Upper management only cares about the numbers, does not look at anything else and is very critical of what you do wrong with no recognition of what you do right They keep cutting bonuses
