Great Work Environment, Very involved sales managers and leaders. Uncapped Potential, You have the potential to exceed 125k a year if you're willing to work OT. Draw/Salary of $2500 and everything over is your commission. Commissions paid on the 10th and every two week for draw.
Cons
Toxic work environment where some managers harass women and curse out reps in the middle of the office. High turnover rate in my 2 years there 3 managers were fired/demoted and countless reps let go or demoted. Results focused and its never enough.
