There is a family environment at car Carshield with a upbeat and lively environment. The management here are hands on and helpful with making sure the employees have the tools and knowledge to be successful. Salary and commission pay I am very satisfied with. Provides a flexible schedule along with good benefits. The company also does a lot for employees to show appreciation for the hard work.

Cons

I don't have any negatives or cons to the company. There can always be improvements but why sweat the small stuff.

Friendly coworkers and management, great scheduling. Benefits, overtime, and a great bonus structure. Plus the satisfaction of helping people in need.

Cons

Its a job where you get out what you put in, so if you come into work and you're not "feeling it," you're likely not to enjoy the results of your work.
