Pros

CarShield has been voted best and top place to work both 2021 and 2022 because of the atmosphere and how considerate they are of their employees. But some of the other pro's would be: Great bonus opportunities Shifts available from 9am-9pm 1 Hour Lunches AMAZING growth opportunities PTO and VACAY after 6 months Health benefits

Cons

The only con I can think of is, we don't have YOU, whos reading this review, here apart of CarShield!

Pros

You can still make money sometimes if you work almost every day, stay on your phone, and rush through calls without getting in trouble. CarShield’s commercials help you sell. Some people can still work from home if they’re not on punishment. A lot of the managers will take the time to help you sell better.

Cons

It just keeps getting worse and worse. Since management changed it’s like a sinking ship around here. I’m getting another job and lots of people are already gone. This used to be a job you bragged about. Now they just play you all the time and are always messing with your money. They try to sell you on changes but our bonus checks keep getting smaller. They’re always playing with the bonus numbers and when the phones are ringing you have to sell more than ever before to make your money. When they lower the bonus numbers your phone stops ringing. Played. It’s still the same amount of work to sell deals too so why do they change almost every month anyway? Really it takes even more work now because they’ve raised prices and deductibles and people are broke so why are we making less money? If you do want to try to keep making money you have to work all the time and hope they don’t put you in a bad queue. They already make you give up 2 Saturdays a month but now it's extra Saturdays and Sundays and extra hours at night too. You can do all that and still get paid like you work at QuikTrip. This is why cats keep bouncing. Less pay for even more work? Played. Last year they banned overtime right before the holidays because they said they didn’t want us to burn out and quit so which is it? That ended right after Christmas. And then it was back to can you work 7 days a week? See? Played. The year before that they took away our holiday bonuses. They think we’re dumb but we see what’s going on. Getting us to make more money for them while they pay us less and less. I feel sorry for the new people I see in training because they’re about to get played too. Average pay of $100K a year? Yeah right. I bet the job board won’t say that next year. And I don’t know who’s out here filling out these surveys voting CarShield the greatest place to work but it’s no one I know. The people I talk to are missing car notes and cancelling trips.
