This place is literally a money factory. The only limit to how much you can take home is how many hours you're willing to put in. Very cool environment - management and coworkers all very chill and easy to get along with. I started at the Fenton location at a very low point in my life, then transitioned to the St. Peters HQ. Carshield took a chance on me and gave me the tools and opportunity to not only get back on my feet, but thrive.

Cons

None. I know others have had their own negative experiences, but throughout my entire tenure at Carshield, I didn't have a single issue.

This place is very unprofessional. Upper management constantly makes light of the harsh customer treatment of employees. The systems never work. Phone systems and timecard systems are always malfunctioning with repercussions falling on lower-level employees. The bathrooms don't even work at this place, you have to walk to the shared building next door to use their facilities. Work anywhere but here.

The pay is good, if you're the best in your division you get a bonus on top of a good hourly salary, everything you say is scripted unless you're trying to do sales, it's easier then most places to work at and the environment is relaxed.

Cons

I don't believe I was treated fairly, when I had a child and had to go on maternity leave suddenly my position became precarious until longer existed for me, and instead of accommodating a post surgical mother who was still on leave they told me I never showed up for work, so they could just let me go but if I wanted to return to work I could for a less desirable position.
