Great compensation! Friendly atmosphere with a professional management style!

Cons

Like any sales job, ups and downs of sales can be somewhat stressful at times, but CarShield makes even the downs enjoyable in my opinion. Really no true CONS I can think of here.

-nepotism -if you're a female you can have relationships with the married managers -vending machines are priced ok

Cons

you aren't trained to do your job right, if you don't skip over files that say na more than 3 times in any department your going to be yelled at for transfer rates
