-If you're doing your job correctly they leave you alone. -Benefits after 90 days. -Lax policies on attendance -Understanding to life's trials and tribulations Great place to work of you need a temporary or a simple, no hassle/fuss, scripted job.

Cons

-Severe nepotism, cronyism, and favoritism in the workplace -Unapproachable management, including live action problems in my building -Transferred around departments on regular basis for new employees -Loud coworkers cursing in background can come to bite you
