Great learning place fresh out of college. Opportunity to learn from newbies and old heads.

Cons

Not the best place to be if you want to grow. Very frat like community. You can easily be overlooked despite how well you work. They are all about numbers and not quantity. I put in so many long hours and hard work but was never fairly recognized just because I wasn't there for the amount set of years to be promoted to the next level. Team dynamics are different and unequal.
