      You gain a lot of knowledge and experience about Gov procurement processes in a short time as this is a fast pace, high work load company

      Cons

      depending on what team you get placed on, business could be good or bad. Old school mentality from managers that have been there for a long time, so challenging the system wouldnt be wise

      Friendly atmosphere and corporate culture Great experience right out of college Great responsibility and projects if you prove yourself\ Fun team outings, company trips, gift card giveaways, free food, happy hours, etc.

      Underpaid, overworked No HR department Disorganized management Vacation, raises, and advancement opportunities are not clearly laid out Management plays favorites Location: not the best for the 22-30 some year olds who want to be where the action is
