Ignore bad reviews. You have it good but are lazy. Stop draining colleagues who actually care about their work ethic.

4.5 years working at Carahsoft, I’ve seen and heard it all. Work from home, too many people take this for granted. They promote within! Plenty of opportunity to move up if you work hard and deserve obviously. Work hard, be proactive, take accountability, be reliable, consistent aka do your job and you aren’t micromanaged. If the above is done, they compensate you very nicely. Craig pays 50% of health insurance (not sure if this has changed for new hires) that is unheard of and extremely helpful. Insurance is great, never had any issues. Craig cares and does so much for his employees, way more than I think some people deserve and take for granted. Cons
They hire kids right out of college with zero work ethic and work experience. They don’t fire people enough, you have a handful of top performers picking up the slack for their colleagues and carrying the team. 60+% of my pay is bonus which makes tax season daunting and stressful.
