Remote position with perks but high stress and low pay

Position is fully remote, company gives "prizes" out several time a year, ongoing training available.

Cons

Low pay and equally low growth opportunity, raises are almost impossible to get, and every second of the day is monitored by tracking software. The micromanagement is extremely stressful during slow times of the year, If you aren't able to manufacture enough activity on your own, you are likely to be placed on call campaigns just to show activity.

Depending on your team, you can have very nice laid back managers or you could have micromanagers. My team is laid back but still push for stats to be hit monthly

Cons

Not a lot of room to grow, eyes always watching you and your activity. Endless calls
