Pros
The kiddos you get the opportunity to work with is amazing, because of them it doesn't seem like work. Also great and supportive teams on each case who help set you up for success.
Cons
-Driving (you get paid for inbetween clients now but it still takes a toll) -you spend most of your time working by yourself with senior therapists coming by to check in on you once in awhile -can be very stressful and the pay is on the shorter end
