Pros

Wonderfully supportive work environment- everyone functions as one big team that feels like family. There are many opportunities for RBTs to level up and develop into a BCBA or BCaBA career with paid fieldwork hours if that is something of interest. The clinical director, Anna, is incredible. I couldn't recommend this place more!

Bad management at the Nampa location. Even if you earned the bonus at the end of your time there they won't give it to you. Do not recommend this company to anyone
