Cons

pto is slow accruing, benefits could be better, hours can vary based on clients (but this is to be expected, we work with people)

Rewarding working with children who have autism, seeing their progress. They make the job worth it. Healthcare, dental care, etc in benefits package.

Cons

Very little communication between clinics or even clinic and administration. Clinic directors are responsible for the energy of the clinic, feels very unsupportive and isolating as an entry level worker if management is not present. Few checks and balances, feels unprofessional
