      Paid for me to get my RBT Cert, some good associates, lots of good kids

      Cons

      Working with kids, your immune system needs to get use to it Couple of the “girls” here spread rumors about 1 RBT and she was fired for it.

      I work at the Warrenville location, and I couldn’t be prouder of the standard we hold here. Our clients’ dignity always comes first, and we practice assent-based ABA to make sure their voices are respected. The team is incredibly supportive and uplifting—not just with clients, but with each other too. We also hold each other accountable in the best way, which creates a strong, positive environment where both staff and clients can thrive. Leadership is approachable and truly invested in our growth, which makes a huge difference in feeling valued and supported at work.

      Cons

      The only challenge right now is that we need more clients at our Warrenville location. We have a great team and strong standards of care, and bringing in more clients would allow us to make an even bigger impact.
