      Started off Great and Has down hill

      Pros

      A lot of visibility from all levels including executives. Extremely smart people and an excellent atmosphere to work in.

      Cons

      A lot of people are leaving or plan to leave in the near future. There is a lot of senior people who have great ideas but management either does not listen to them or we don't have the resources to execute. The main focus shifts to frequently and it makes you wonder if we are headed in the right direction. Attrition is high recently and rising

      Pros

      - As others have said, the exec team cares and transparency is higher than anywhere else I've worked. - Lots of smart people with low egos. Can be intimidating at times but they respect hard work. - Don't skimp on keeping their employees happy. - Overall a fun place to work

      Cons

      - no matching 401K - no onsite gym - 128 is a pain in the butt, Waltham is crowded but good restaurants - Can be a bit stressful at times.
