      Open Collaborative Culture Candid and frequent communications from Executive Team Very smart and motivated people Lots of autonomy and ownership, (including ownership in the company via options.) High growth company and well positioned security platform in a hot space

      High quality execs, the product really works.

      Cons

      A bit prescriptive in the style, but that's coming from a non-East coast employee. Also, the market is slowly coming around to this approach, but the growth is there.
