Pros
I love this place - filled with the smartest people I've worked with in my career thus far. My peers are thought leaders - while at the same time, completely humble and authentic. I get time to advance my professional goals by attending and speaking at conferences. There are opportunities to try new technologies and learn from them. And the office perks are pretty great.
Cons
My salary is on the low end of the industry average. Working with clients on a short-term project does not allow you the satisfaction to see long-term change, or a product really take off. There are not many roles to advance in - but that is seeming to change.
