Amazing culture, work-life balance, great people, very smart minds in the room, propensity to build, do more ponder less, great and supportive management who keeps the best interest of their people in mind. A variety of projects that one gets to work on. Great way to build a rich portfolio and learn a ton.

Cons

The same challenges that come with consulting, not much of a say on what projects might come your way.
