Great community but no development paths

Pros

The community is wonderful and supportive among people at lower levels.

Cons

They hire you for the exact job you are doing and there are no career paths available. They tell you to take on more than your role for months without additional compensation or benefits. Interviews are extremely difficult and they are are looking to hire perfect employees and pay them as little as possible. They have passed on many great candidates due to not being able meet their salary expectations.
