Pros

Many who work here agree that one of the best perks of this company is the respect for its employees and that they have lives and families outside of work. These days, especially in Silicon Valley’s constant rat race, Carbon and its management stand apart by offering a great work environment and good work/life balance.

Cons

It’s a young company, so communication and coordination sometimes suffer from growing pains. Parking tends to be a problem too.

Flexible work hours Great team Undocumented unlimited paid vacation time Nice perks Centrally located

Cons

New company still trying to figure things out Departments were moved around a lot, sometimes three times in one year Management is very unaware and out of touch with their employees and with how their product even works. They are trying to sell something they don't even know how to use.
