Quality team members and cool technology-- love coming to work each day. Start-up environment so the pace is super fast, but also makes for "no two days the same". Quite a few interest-led Employee Resource Groups, something I haven't seen at past companies. These groups are driven by personal interest from team members and supported by the Executive Team. This makes for a very fun, collaborative culture.

Cons

Not many lunch options within walking distance (thankful for onsite catering).
