Pros

No Micromanagement, Work life balance is good

Cons

- Managers are incompetent who rely heavily on senior engineers for everything - Seniors can get away with anything they want since the management is heavily dependent on them so they take full advantage of it - too many dirty games makes the environment toxic to work - product is outdated and is a sinking ship which is why many people are leaving

Drama, Everyone has beef with somebody like we're still in high school. Favoritism, If your not good at sales or suck up to your manager you won't get anywhere in this company even if you have skills in areas outside of sales. Bad treatement of customers, Insisting on an old lady who is backing up recipes and grandkids photos needs a 600$ business plan instead of a consumer plan. Sexual harassment Token women hired but it's still a boys club Sees employees as replacable.
