A true team selling environment

Pros

All my colleagues seem to be great people. Very helpful people. Work life balance. Stock purchase program. Health insurance is excellent. Comprehensive solution stack. Massive war chest of the parent company.

Cons

Complex internal structure results in a lack of velocity going to market. The strengths of a majority of the products is not aligned with the direction of the market. Contract review process is painful.

Pros

Site manager tried to do an excellent job despite resistance up the chain. Co-workers and my team manager peers were excellent and dedicated employees. Most of the agents worked hard and maintained positive attitudes.

Cons

Company went through changes in structure and business model resulting in re-org which causes paranoia among agents about losing their jobs. Uncertainty was contagious and site manager did not know how to handle dissention well.
