Carbonite is growing through acquisitions which is giving additional opportunities to existing employees. There is a technology vision which is helping the company become the data protection leader.

Pros

Great people, product with lots of potential, catered lunch on Fridays, employees are well taken care of, fun environment. New leader in EVault engineering is empowering those below him. Very good HRBP.

Cons

Things can be a bit hectic at times. The office needs some modernization, but that is already in the works.

Thank you for your feedback. The company continues to invest in our Carbonite products and employee experience. Due to recent office space acquisitions, not all locations have been refreshed and 'Carbonized' yet, but that is in the works for 2018 for most locations.

Pros

Experienced leadership team, great coworkers, good benefits, interesting work, overall a good environment with good people. Also, company has been high growth, so there are more career opportunities than some other small, but not so fast growing companies

Cons

Downtown Boston office can be a tough commute if you don't live on the train routes and parking isn't paid for, although there is a tax-free benefit
